Weekly Online Group Starts tomorrow! - Thursday 22nd July - 5pm UK time

Hello all,

I know it's very short notice!! But I didn't want to wait!!

I'm very happy to announce that I'll be starting the new group tomorrow and it will run every Thursday (except next week because I'm away Thursday, it will be Wednesday instead, at the same time - a replay will be available).

Here's how the sessions will run:

OPENING

• We'll start with a spiritually inspired verse/poem/prayer - plus a short somatic calming practice

THEME

• I'll bring a spiritual theme and give a short talk to introduce a basic concept from Spiritual Science (please feel free to suggest themes that interest you)

DISCUSSION

• We'll open up a discussion on the theme and share how we understand it and how it might relate to our lives and experiences

PRACTISE

• Then we'll continue our work on a particular spiritual practice (eg. one of the 6 Exercises) and encourage one another

CLOSING

• We'll close with a spiritually inspired verse/poem/prayer
